New Season Officially Underway !

Well the first season of the new “All Age” Allegiance Elite is now completed.

The September 19th camp brought 2 more new members to the brass ensemble and we would like to officially welcome Adrianne Baker and Harriet Siemens to the team.

The drumline continues to rock and roll as the I & E contingent held a camp weekend Oct. 3rd & 4th to prepare for their upcoming competition in Hamilton, Ontario on Oct. 17th.

The I & E solo is mind-blowing “spectacular” ! Over 3+ minutes of “in your face” drumming ! Everyone will be able to hear their “award winning” (hopefully) presentation at the first camp of the new year on Saturday Oct. 24. The drumline will have their work cut out in Hamilton as they go up against the now “4 time” DCA Percussion Ensemble Champions CADRE. However, this enviable winning streak just might be coming to an end as our guys are getting pretty serious and focused about “winning” this thing. Hopefully, the 3rd time is a charm !!

1st CAMP of the New Season

This will be a VERY important camp as we begin our new year. New membership policies and fees will be announced and the plans for the upcoming year will be laid out. We need everyone to attend. Please make arrangements to be there.

As well, we will be showing a “big screen” video presentation of the “Mini Corps” I & E competition from the DCA Championships in order to give everyone a true picture of what we will be doing next September in Rochester NY. Pretty “awesome” performances to say the least.

And last, but certainly not least… we will be working on our full ensemble performance (brass & percussion) for the Nov. 11 gig at the Legion.

And, as always, anyone is welcome to attend and play or just check things out !
