Sex, Drugs, Rock & Roll
and Camp this weekend !

Well OK . . . we don’t have any sex or drugs, but the drum line continues to “ROCK” and membership is on a definite “ROLL” !

• The drum line is now almost full boasting 7 snares (and a potential 8th) and 3 tenor players and has just confirmed performances at the HSBC Calgary Marathon and the Music N Motion show at McMahon stadium on May 31.

• We have just received “65” names from Calgary, Edmonton and Regina of potential new members who will be contacted very soon and invited to come out.
• The new uniforms are now underway and initial fittings are scheduled for this weekend at the CAMP (Saturday, April 25)
• FYI – Future CAMP dates are May 23 and June 20
• The first “official” full ensemble performance of the new AE will be the Stampede parade – Friday, July 3
• The I & E competitions at the DCA World Championships (Rochester, NY) on Labour Day weekend will be held on the Friday night. Categories available are Solo, Duet, Quartet, Ensemble and Mini-Corps. Please advise the Director and confirm your participation ASAP as flights and hotel rooms need to be booked immediately.
